Vessel is formed by deep-drawing a laminate comprising a steel or Fe foil and a plastic film formed on each surface of the foil by a layer of adhesive with adhesive force at least 600 g/15mm of width and elastic modulus 50-10000 kg/cm2. The foil is 10-120 micron m thick, and is a ductile steel foil with tensile strength 30-50 kg/mm2 and elongation 15-35%, a fullhard steel foil with tensile strength 40-60 kg/mm2 and elongation 1-15% opt. with a surface-treated layer comprising a metal plating and/or chromate layer. The foil may be a tin-free steel foil comprising a steel substrate, 0.03-0.5 g/m2 of metallic Cr layer on the substrate, and 1-50 mg/m2 as Cr of a Cr oxide layer on the Cr layer. |
