摘要 The electronic ignition system without ignition distributor replaces the conventional mechanical high-voltage ignition distributor in motor vehicles with internal combustion engines without automatic ignition. In order to realise this, an electronic system is developed which permits the ignition process and ignition sequence to be configured in an optimum way in each speed range and power range without the customary mechanical transmission elements. The evaluation of pulses by means of inductive sensors on the crank shaft and cam shaft is characteristic of the electronic system. The electronic system controls the emission of signals in the correct sequence to the 4 ignition coils and switches them on and off appropriately. The displacement of the ignition time with increasing engine speed including the respective load (partial load operation/full load operation) is corrected or adapted by means of the intake partial vacuum. The drawing "electronic ignition distribution" shows the principal mode of operation and design of the electronic system. The main advantages of the electronic ignition system are: - adjustment of the dwell angle is omitted, - single adjustment of the ignition time and maximum ignition displacement, - greater availability and reliability, - higher control precision, - better combustion, economy and power generation of the engine, - no maintenance, - saving in costs.
