PURPOSE:To perform an air conditioning operation economically and in a comfortable feeling manner by a method wherein the switching between a ventialting operation and a cooling operation is properly made by combining the output of a room temperature detecting thermister, the output of an open air temperature thermister and a constant time setting timer with time. CONSTITUTION:When the cooling operation is started, the temperature of the open air is not detected within a predetermined time set by the constant time setting timer and the cooling operation is performed in the ordinary manner. Then, if a room temperature thermostat circuit comprising the room temperature thermister 2, aroom temperature setting variable resistor 3 and a comparator 4 is ON after a lapse of a predetermined time, the cooling operation is kept continued but if it goes OFF, the temperature of the open air is detected by the open air temperature detecting thermister 6. Thus, when the temperature of the open air is found higher than a predetermined temperature through a comparator 7, the ordinary cooling operation is kept continued in an ON-OFF mode while when it is found lower than the predetermined temperature, a relay coil 11 is operated to thereby open a ventilating damper and further, a relay coil 13 is operated to drive a fan motor so that the cooling operation is switched to the ventilating operation. |
