发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF RUNNING STEEL MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a secular change at the same temperature measurement position of the bottom surface of a running steel material, and to obtain the reduced size error, improved flatness, and stabilized properties of products, by bringing a temperature measurement part into contact with the bottom surface of the running material and moving said temperature measurement part together with the steel material. CONSTITUTION:A temperature measuring rod 10 having a thermocouple 10a at the top is inserted into the tip part of a guide pipe 8. When a temperature measurement position of a steel material 4 comes close to right above the temperature measuring rod 10, a piston 14 is moved toward the steel material 4 to press the tip of the rod 10 against the bottom surface of the steel material 4. As a result, the running steel material 4 rotates the rod 10 and guide pipe 8 in the running direction to put the tip of the rod in linear motion together with the steel material 4, and thermoelectromotive force generated at this time is used for the measurement. Therefore, a secular change at the same position of the bottom surface of the steel material is measured to obtain the reduced size error, improved flatness, and stabilized properties of products.
