发明名称 PRODUCTION OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE SINTERED COMPACT CERAMIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve orientation of the title compound by forming a thin disc- like pellet from a TiO2 hydrate fiber and organic binder, packing the pellet into a rectangular forming mold in a specific state and pressurizing, forming and sintering the packed pellet from above of the forming mold. CONSTITUTION:Potassium titanate fiber is immersed in hydrochloric acid. Thereby potassium is removed and hydrated to form a TiO2 hydrate fiber. The fiber is charged into a forming mold together with an organic binder and pressurized from above of the forming mold to form the fiber into thin disc-like pellet in which the fiber is rearranged parallel to disc face. The pellet laminate 2 is packed in state where disc face thereof is put parallel to vertical direction and longitudinal direction of the rectangular forming mold and space 3 is left at both ends of the forming mold and pressure is applied from above of the forming mold to form a rectangular molded article of TiO2 hydrate fiber. Then the molded article is sintered at 1200-1600 deg.C for 0-24hr to provide the TiO2 sintered compact magnetic material.
