摘要 |
To achieve a good rinsing result, the lye absorbed by the laundry, the so-called bound liquor, must be exchanged 100 % with the rinsing water. Known washing machines use often a needlessly large amount of rinsing water for this purpose. The method according to the invention ensures that the quantity of rinsing water is always matched to the laundry loading quantity and its absorbency. An appliance-specific minimum rinsing-water quantity per rinsing cycle is taken as a basis. At the same time, both the number of rinsing cycles and the sum of the rinsing factors (ratio of the total rinsing quantity to the bound liquor) are varied in dependence on the bound liquor, in such a way that the sum of the rinsing factors is the higher, the fewer rinsing cycles are carried out and the lower the bound liquor. The method serves for optimising the rinsing result in washing machines. <IMAGE>
