<p>PURPOSE:To prepare automatically the update plan of informations and to easily prepare the instruction capable of executing in short time, by constituting by equipping with a process information preparing means, process information comparing means, instruction data preparing means and process information updating means. CONSTITUTION:An actual result manufacture process procedure information is prepared based on an actual result data an process procedure information. (11). The process information by product exceeding an allowable error is extracted from a manufacture process information update allowable data, a difference data is prepared and output in a list form (12). A manufacture process procedure information update plan estimator estimates the difference data. In case of the need for correction, as the estimation result, a correction proposal is input against the difference data, an update, deletion, addition, etc., are performed and an instruction data is prepared (13). Then the update processing of a master manufacture process procedure information is performed by instructing an automatic update by a process information updating means (14). Thus, the update plan of the manufacture process procedure information can automatically be prepared and the instruction capable of executing complied with the current state can easily be prepared in short time.</p> |
