PURPOSE:To easily perform photographing by a converter at low cost by obtaining a lens moving quantity from a 1st storage means based on a measured object distance performing an arithmetic operation from the lens moving quantity and a conversion factor and driving a focusing lens based on an arithmetic value. CONSTITUTION:Range-finding data (j) is inputted by a non TTL range-finding means 1 and a set focal distance fi by zooming is inputted by a set focal distance detection means 2. Next, information whether the converter is attached or not is inputted by a converter information input means 6. When the converter is attached, the lens moving quantity S'Tj on a reference telephoto end and a 2nd zoom factor C'fi are respectively read out from the 1st storage means 3 by an arithmetic operation means 7. Thereafter, a specific operation is performed and the lens moving quantity S' in the case that the converter is attached is obtained. The feeding of a lens corresponding to the lens moving quantity is performed by a driving means 8, thereby performing focusing. Thus, accurate focusing is always performed and photographing by the converter is easily performed at low cost. |
