PURPOSE: To make it possible to avoid the use of surfactant and prevent the formation of pure copolymer sphere by providing nonpolymer particles individually having copolymer shells. CONSTITUTION: The solid constituting part of suspension liquid has at least 50wt.% of nonpolymer nuclei, which are individually separately enclosed by copolymer shells. The particles of such constitution can connect the merit of the polymer surface to the characteristics of the nuclei at a preferable ration, prevent the decrease in the testing sensitivity during storage and increase the applicable area.
