PURPOSE:To obtain lubricant for metal processing of O/W/O type complex emulsion especially having excellent lubricity and cooling properties by comprising lubricant at the most exterior phase and non-polar, low boiling point organic liquid having Rebinder effect at the most interior phase. CONSTITUTION:The aimed processing lubricant is composed of the exterior phase of purified mineral oil such as machine oil or turbine oil and/or synthetic oil such as poly alpha-olefin, fatty acid pentaerythritol ester or silicon oil and the most interior phase of halohydrocarbon such as carbon tetrachloride, chloroform ethylene trichloride, perchloroethylene, dichloroethane, trichloroethane, tetrachloroethane, trichloro-monofluoride methane or trichlorotrifluoroethane having Rebinder effect. |
