METHOD OF PROCESSING AND DEVICE FOR REPLACEMENT OF PIPE WITH MULTIPLE THREADS

PURPOSE:To replace a pipe with a novel pipe without affecting a periphery by inserting a cone with a tapered section having a front end having a diameter smaller than a pipe hole and a rear end having a diameter larger than the pipe hole into the pipe hole and propelling the cone under an eccentric state. CONSTITUTION:A cone 6 is inserted into the pipe hole 2 of a multiple thread pipe in which a plurality of pipe holes 2 are formed in parallel in a solid body 1 shaped of concrete or mortar. A tapered section 8 having a front end having a diameter smaller than the pipe hole 2 and a rear end having a diameter larger than the pipe hole 2 is formed to the cone 6, and the cone 6 is inserted made eccentric in the direction of the adjacent pipe hole 2 from the center of the pipe hole 2. The cone 6 is propelled while crushing a pipe wall on the adjacent pipe hole 2 side by using a proper driving means under the state in which an eccentric position is held, and novel pipes 18, 18 are inserted and laid at the rear of the cone 6.
