At that time, the control section 14 outputs a transmission command of the code to the card 3 through a loop antenna 5, and a decision is made about whether a code transmitted from the card 3 is registered or not. Then, at the control section 14, if the code is registered, the effect is outputted to the controller 6. The controller 6 outputs the opening command to a door opening and closing mechanism 11 to open the door 1.
