<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a curling phenomenon by forming an intermediate low density polyethylene (VLDPE) layer between the oxygen barrier layer of a multilayer film containing a heat sealing VLDPE layer, a core oxygen barrier layer and an outside thermoplastic layer and the thermoplastic layer, thereby improving processability. CONSTITUTION: A VLDPE polymer is made of an ethylene copolymer containing 4-8Cα-olefin of about 10 to 25 wt.%. A thermoplastic layer is formed of a polyethylene, ethylene/vinylacetate and ethylene/alkylacrylate copolymer. An oxygen barrier layer contains a polyvinylidene chloride or ethylene/vinylalcohol copolymer. The multi-layer film contains a heat sealing VLDPE layer, a thermoplastic layer, a PVDC oxygen barrier layer, a VLDPE intermediate layer and an outer thermoplastic layer. It can be used for packaging as it is or cut, and the VLDPE layers are opposed to seal two parts to a bag-state.</p> |
