PURPOSE:To efficiently mold a homogeneous green tire having a simple structure and made easy in the alteration and adjustment of a size by mounting material press bonding means to the front ends of respective trays and providing material adsorbing means to respective movable frames and providing material cutting means to the upper stage tray and the movable frames excepting the upper stage movable frame. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of tire constituting materials 14, 15, 16 are successively delivered from support and delivery means 11, 12, 13 to be positioned at the start ends of the leading end parts of respective trays 40, 41, 42. The material 14 on the upper stage tray 40 is sucked by a suction means 90 and the start end to be cut of the material 14 is bonded on a tire molding drum 2 by the advance of the tray 40 and a movable frame 84. Continuously, the material 14 is wound around and bonded to the tire molding drum 2 by the rotation of said drum 2 and cut into a definite dimension on the way of bonding by a material cutting means 55 and again wound around the molding drum 2 up to the cut terminal by the rotation of the drum 2. Next, the middle stage tray 41 advances to the position in the vicinity of the tire molding drum 2 and the second material 15 is bonded to the material 14 wound around the tire molding drum 2 and, continuously, the third material 16 is also bonded in the same way. |
