N-substituted aminoalkanoic acids, a process for their preparation, their use and pharmaceutical products based on these compounds

A description is given of a process for the preparation of a compound of the formula I <IMAGE> I in which R1, R2and R3 (identical or different) represent H, alkyl having 1-2 carbon atoms and F, Cl, Br or I; R4 represents H, alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, n represents the numbers 2-5, and R5 represents a radical which can be eliminated under physiological conditions or represents hydrogen, and its physiologically tolerated salts. They are effective remedies for diarrhea.
