A stereoscopic television system comprises A/D converters (A1,A2) for converting left/right analog image signals into digital isgnals, scan method conversion sections (B1,B2) for converting scan method by the output of A/D converters, and a shutter logic section (C) for alternately providing each field to a D/A converter (D). Shutter spectacles are connected to the shutter logic section.
