The device is formed by two hollow identical primary pieces fixed to each panel between which there is a joining piece equipped at its ends with an elongate groove possessing an inner depression which forms a plane for sliding towards the inside of the piece, and having, for the fastening between this joining piece and the primary pieces which will be housed one inside the others, a threaded stud which incorporates, in an integral manner, a cylinder with its chamfered base and which, penetrating perpendicularly, locates the chamfered base in the sliding plane. <IMAGE>
