Rotary-type moulding machine for moulding a preformed piece and moulded hollow product, in which a circular transfer plate 10 which has moulds with opening 18 in four portions of its lower part is located rotatably in the upper part of a machine bed plate 1 which supports a central portion of a plate body by means of a rotary shaft, the moulds with opening 18 having adjusted stop positions in an injection-moulding operation portion, a temperature-control operation portion, an oriented blow- moulding operation portion, and a moulded-product- extraction operation portion, in said order, moulds 15, 16 and a variety of devices being arranged, in which machine the rotary shaft of the transfer plate 10 is formed by a piston 8 with a vertical-movement cylinder 5, the piston 8 and the actuation shaft 7 of a device generating intermittent rotation 6 being connected in the free state with respect to an axial direction and it being possible for the transfer plate 10 to be displaced upwards and downwards and to rotate intermittently with respect to the moulds 15, 16 through the effect of the piston 8. <IMAGE>
