The process comprises the production, by means of independent moulds, of a tubular column and of an anchoring base, both based on fibre-reinforced resins, the lower section of the column plugging into the anchoring base, with the facing surfaces impregnated with resin which polymerizes in order to join both pieces. The column and base have, in the coupled region, their own apertures which face one another. The post is formed by the column and base, both based on fibre-reinforced resins, the base having a lower peripheral wing with holes for the passage of fastening screws. <IMAGE>
