<p>PURPOSE:To provide the high-accuracy color filter having excellent heat resistance and light resistance and has high transparency by using the acrylic resin expressed by the specific general formula and pigments. CONSTITUTION:The color filter layers of red, green, and blue colors, etc., are formed on a transparent substrate by coating the substrate with the colored resin compsn. essentially consisting of the acrylic resin, org. dyestuffs, dispersant and solvent. The monomer of the acrylic resin is obtd. by copolymerizing the monomers expressed by the general formulas (a) to (c). The desirable compounding ratios of the monomers are 10 to 30pts.wt. (a), 20 to 40pts.wt. (b) and 15 to 60pts.wt. (c). Since the pigments of the respective colors play the role of separating white color, the pigments are required to have the excellent transparency, light resistance and heat resistance and org. pigments are preferable. The org. dyestuff derivatives of the pigments or dyestuffs are extremely effective as the dispersant.</p> |
