PURPOSE:To execute the inversion of the upper and the lower parts and the left and the right without flickering on a screen by an operation of only a logical control of address data of an image memory by providing an odd number/even number field discriminator and plural image memories, etc. CONSTITUTION:An analog output of a TV camera 14 is inputted to an image memory 7 or 8 through an A/D converter 13 and a data input buffer 10 by a control of an odd number/even number field discriminator 1. Subsequently, outputs of the memories 7, 8 are inputted to a CRT 12 through an output buffer 9 and a D/A converter 11 and brought to image display. In this state, in the case of an inversion in the vertical direction of a display image, logic of address data for showing a vertical position is inverted at every 1 frame, and logic of address data for showing a horizontal position is made constant. On the other hand, in the case of an inversion in the left and the right directions of the display image, it is reverse to the case of the inversion in the vertical direction, and in the case of the inversion in both the vertical and the left and the right directions, both the address data are both inverted. In such a way, the inversion of the upper and the lower parts and the left and the right of the display image is executed satisfactorily by only a logical control of address data of the memories 7, 8. |
