Electronic controller of sound and vibrations, consisting of means of capturing and transducing sounds and vibrations, band limiting and weighting means, means of time delay, measurement of acoustic level, and pulse counting, and means of actuating the source of sound or vibrations. The capture means convert the vibrations into electric signals, which are amplified, filtered, and measured in duration and amplitude in order to act on the sources of sound or vibration, silencing them for a particular period of time, in keeping with a predetermined level and period of time.
