PURPOSE:A cosmetic, containing a nonionic surfactant except polyoxyethylene adducts, a liquid oil, hydrous silicon oxide, water-soluble salt and water, capable of dividing into three layers on allowing to stand, and uniformly dispersing in shaking for use. CONSTITUTION:The titled cosmetic containing 0.1-1wt% nonionic surfactant except polyoxyethylene adducts, e.g. sorbitan ester or sorbitol ester of a fatty acid, polyglycerol ester of a fatty acid, or sugar ester of a fatty acid, and having 5-12HLB, liquid oil, e.g. liquid paraffin, 2-5wt% hydrous silicon oxide, 0.2- 1wt% water-soluble salt, e.g. CaCl2, and water. The cosmetic assumes three layers of the upper oily layer, intermediate aqueous layer and bottom powdery layer, and is integrally mixed in shaking for use to give an astringent feeling of good touch to the skin. |
