CONSTITUTION:In a forming device for notching four corner parts of a plate material 2, bending a part adjacent to its notch part and forming it to a box type, a cutting die 7 supported by a cushion 8 and a movable supporting body 12 is installed on a die base 6, and the plate material 2 to be worked is placed on the die. Subsequently, a punch base 18 provided with a cutting punch 22, a bending punch 21, a removing member 25, etc. is lowered, and first of all, by the cooperation of the cutting punch 22 and the cutting die 7, a cutting part 9 is cut. Subsequently, the punch base 18 is lowered, the movable supporting body 12 is moved to the right by an operation of the removing member 25, supporting of the cutting die 7 is released and it is set to a state that it can be moved up and down, and also, by the cooperation of the bending punch 21 and a bending die installed on the die base 6, the part adjacent to the cut part 9 is bent. |
