Composed of a movable siphon formed by a tube curved at 180 degree which, by means of a cubic float which covers it, keeps its elbow above the water level 7 and 9. In order to prime the siphon and to generate the consequent discharge, this assembly is pressed downwards until it is submerged. To this end, the discharge branch of the siphon is clasped by another tube 5 and 10 which can slide on the drainage tube 6. Operation of the tap is provided by a lever secured to a clamp which is linked to the piece [lacuna] the operating tube 5, the tap being a rotary perforated cylinder model.
