The invention relates to a tool holder accessory making it possible, by adding it to rotary hammer drills, to control precisely the cutting work in varied materials. It consists of a chuck 1 in which there rotates a spindle 6, the rear part 8 of which will be fixed to the drill which will transmit its rotary percussive movement to it. Only the percussive movement will be transmitted by the thrust bearing 4 to the tool which will be fixed in the housing 2, because the spindle 6 rotates freely in the chuck by virtue of the rolling-contact bearing 7 and of the thrust bearing 4. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for performing accurate cutting work by adding it to rotary hammer drills. <IMAGE>
