PURPOSE:To improve the processing ability by a method wherein after distributing products, which are continuously supplied, respectively to a plurality of conveying lines, which correspond to the number of packing levels to trays, for each prescribed number of products, which corresponds to the packing quantity for respective levels, the products on respective levels are supplied in trays from the lowest level in order. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with a transfer line for first level 1a, a transfer line for second level 1b, separator 2, count sensor 3, control device 4, reversing device 5, tray packing device for first level 6a, tray packing device for second level and tray supplying device 7. By switching, a prescribed number of products G are alternately distributed to respective vertical feeding conveyors 10a, 10b for the transfer line for first level 1a and transfer line for second level 1b. The products G2 for the second level, which are distributed to the vertical feeding conveyor 10b side for the transfer line for second level 1b, are reversed by the reversing device 5, and then are conveyed in the lateral direction by a lateral feeding conveyor 11b. |
