<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the operation of picture element electrodes by a defective switching element by disposing the plural picture element electrodes within respective picture element regions. CONSTITUTION:This substrate has electrode wires disposed in a grid shape on an insulating substrate 10 and the plural picture element electrodes 20 which are respectively disposed within the respective picture element regions enclosed by the electrode wires and respectively partly have interdigital shapes. The substrate has also the switching elements which are respectively electrically connected to the picture element electrodes 20 and are respectively electrically connected to the prescribed electrode wires. The easy correction to prevent the picture element electrodes 20 from being driven by the switching element having a defect is executed even if the defect arises in the switching element electrically connected to the picture element electrodes 20 in this way.</p> |
