PURPOSE:To reduce cost by utilizing the waste heat of treated water discharged from each tank to obtain high temp. heat in a heat pump and holding the temp. of each tank to a required value by this heat. CONSTITUTION:Sewage is sent in the distribution tank 2 of a platform ship 1 from land facilities 7 through the storage buoy 8 on the sea and the pump 9 on the ship. Treated water passing through respective tanks from one end of the platform ship to the other end thereof so as to successively overflow said tanks and made harmful is discharged to the sea from a chlorine mixing chamber 8. A heat pump 12 is provided to the outside of an aeration tank 4 and the treated water discharged from the aeration tank 4 is passed through the heat pump 12 and subsequently discharged to the sea. Fresh water or the seawater is recirculated between the wall space part 13 between the outer and inner walls 10, 11 of the aeration tank 4 and the heat pump 12 to receive heat and flows in the wall space part 13 to hold the temp. of the aeration tank up to the temp. easy to propagate bacteria. |
