PURPOSE:To improve the strength and workability of concrete and to increase the amt. of air entrained at the time of kneading by using an admixture compsn. composed of prescribed amts. of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant each represented by a prescribed formula. CONSTITUTION:The admixture compsn. is composed of 90-20 pts.wt. anionic surfactant and 10-80 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant. The anionic surfactant is represented by a formula RCOOM (where R is 7-23C alkyl or alkenyl and M is a monovalent metal atom, ammonium or alkanolammonium). The nonionic surfactant is represented by the shown formula [where A is a residue of polyol, each of R1 and R2 is H or methyl, each of m and n is an integer of >=1, m+n=2-20, x is the number of OH groups in the polyol and l is an integer between 1 and (x-1)]. |
