PURPOSE:To shorten a time needed for the reservation processing of a salesclerk and to reduce the error of dialing by automatically transmitting a telephone number, which is displayed on a display, as a call originating dial signal to a telephone line in correspondence to the instruction of a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:When the application of reservation is made, a commodity code 10, telephone number 11 and name 12 are inputted from a keyboard 2 based on a reservation registration picture 9. The information are stored to commodity code area 14, application date area 15, telephone number area 16 and name area 17 in a subscriber file 13 together with an application date. Next, when a commodity is stocked or returned, a code 19 of the stocked or returned commodity is inputted from a stock or return input picture 18. After that, a telephone number 22 of a subscriber, of which the application date is earliest, is taken out and the telephone number 22 is delivered to a network control unit 4. Then, the dialing is executed to a telephone line 5 based on the telephone number 22. Thus, the telephone line 5 is connected and the salesclerk can talk with the subscriber by a telephone set 7. |
