PURPOSE:To communicate the same communication content without interruption for a moment by communicating the same communication content in parallel using plural channels and switching a channel, in which the quality of the communication becomes <= a fixed value, to another channel to satisfy fixed communication quality when the above-mentioned channel occurs. CONSTITUTION:When the quality of the communication in a certain channel out of (n-1) number of channels falls to or below the fixed value while (n-1) number of radio base stations 30 and one mobile radio set 50 execute the communication using the (n-1) number of channels, a switching receiving means and a switching transmitting means are switched at a speed which never gives influence on a communication signal, and transmission and reception are temporarily executed using an old channel except (n-2) number of channels in a continuously transmitting and receiving state and a new channel in parallel. When the quality of the new channel is examined, and it is confirmed that the quality is above a fixed level during the parallel transmission and reception, an operation for switching the channel is completed, and the communication is executed using (n-1) number of radio channels including the new channel. |
