PURPOSE:To make easy automatic control of the quantity of heat in compliance with conditions and deodorize a waste gas under optimum temperature all the time by heating a not-yet-treated waste was to be led to a catalyst chamber using induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A not-yet-treated waste gas is led to a catalyst chamber 7 passing a preheater 4 and a heater 5. The temperature of an inlet of a catalyst 6 is measured by a thermocouple 19, and when it is lower than a necessary catalytic reaction temperature, a signal comes out from an instrumentation controlling board 21 and an electric power to be supplied to a heating coil 17 through an inverter board 18 is automatically increased, and when higher, the electric power supply is automatically decreased. Further, when odorous gas amount of the not-yet-treated waste gas is increased and the catalytic reaction heat becomes much and the temperature of the catalyst 6 becomes over the set temperature, a thermo-couple 20 detects the temperature and the electric power supplied to the heating coil 17 is decreased and meanwhile an air inlet damper 11 is opened through the instrumentation controlling board 21 to suck cool outer air to cool the catalyst. At rise time of the apparatus, air is introduced to heat the catalyst and when the thermocouple 19 detects the temperature at the inlet of the catalyst 6 reaches to reaction temperature, the air is shut and waste gas treatment is started. |
