PURPOSE:To reduce the reduction in the rigidity and the thermal deformation without losing the effect of preventing the invasion of heat by dividing a substantially cylindrical heat radiation shield into a plurality in a circumferential direction, and superposing the adjacent divided ends to each other. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiation shield is composed of a copper shield plate 7, a coolant flowing tube 8 and a multilayer adiabatic film 10. The plate 7 is divided circumferentially into a plurality, the adjacent divided ends of the plate 7 are superposed, the tube 8 is formed in a zigzag shape at the prescribed interval at every plate 7, and secured by a solder or the like. Thin aluminum depositing films are bonded in multilayers on the plate 7 of the side to which the tube 8 is secured to form a multilayer heat adiabatic film 10. |
