PURPOSE:To improve processing capacity of an apparatus by a method wherein a cut in a grid shape is formed on a sheet by a cutting part, then the sheet is heat-welded to a package by heater, and the sheet is separated into individual packages by a folding board. CONSTITUTION:After a sheet 1 is formed with a cut by cut formation process by a cutting part 4, it is heat-welded to an upper end of a package charged in a tray 8 by a heater 5. Therefore, the sheet 1 proceeds as transfer of the tray 8 so that positioning in each process is done by push-out of the tray 8. Push-out of the tray 8 is done by a tray pusher 34 with a push-out cylinder 33 operating in accordance with each process. As the sheet 1 proceeds by push- out of the tray 8, a slack occurs on the sheet 1 on a side of a sheet winding part 3, but it is wound by a sheet winding roller 13. On the other hand, as the sheet 1 moves toward the sheet winding part 3 together with the tray 8, a moving roller moves upward on a side of a sheet feeding part 2. |
