The present invention relates to a novel type of spring making it possible to join together two elements at a certain angle, so as to form a clip. The object of the invention is to produce this spring with the aid of an inexpensive material and according to a manufacturing method which is easy to implement. This object is achieved with the aid of a spring consisting of a strip 1 obtained by cutting out from a flexible material, having, at each of its ends, a male coupling member 2 and a female member 3 and, in its central part, at least two pairs of cutouts defining orifices 10 for fixing elements to be joined. This spring applies particularly to connecting two chopsticks for picking up food. <IMAGE>
