A plastic container (1) is closed by a manually operated valve (2) with two normally closed lips(5,6) on top and a non-return valve (3) at the bottom. Both are made of elastomer material of the raw rubber type. Its piston (4) and the diffuser (12) are made, for a filling of water and alcohol-based prods., of elastomer of the type HYTREL, SURLYN, ELVAX, KRATON (all RTM), and for a filling of trichloroethylene, of EVA. The piston (4) has between the upper (21) and lower (22) sealing lip several annular bulges (23), with a dia and wall thickness such as to expand the piston wall when pressure is built up below it and the piston is moved up. ADVANTAGE - Container is bio-degradable and environment-friendly. It uses compressed air rather than CFC propellant gas. Its spray rate remains approx. constant.
