PURPOSE:To miniaturize the titled control valve without requiring a large-sized air cylinder, and to prevent gas leakage by supplying a cylinder chamber surrounded by a casing proper, an upper cover and a valve proper with air, turning the valve proper and opening or closing a scavenging port. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed from an air path 39 in an upper cover 27, a rotary piston 37 is turned in the direction of the arrow, the holes 36 of a valve proper 26 coincide with the holes 24 of a casing proper 23 under the state in which the valve proper 26 is in contact with the lower half section of the upper cover 27, and scavenging ports 6a are brought to an open state. When air is fed from an air path 40, the rotary piston 37 is rotated in the direction opposite to the direction of the arrow and brought into contact with the lower half section of the upper cover 27, the holes 36 of the valve proper 26 and the holes 24 of the casing proper 23 do not coincide with each other, and the scavenging ports 6a are brought to a close state. |
