<p>The output steam pressure from a boiler system is controlled by selectively starting or stopping a plurality of boiler units (#1-#4), which can be shifted between a high fire state and a low fire state, in accordance with the output steam pressure from the boiler system as a whole, or shifting the boiler units between a high fire state and a low fire state. At least two boiler units among these boiler units (#1-#4) are selected as regularly used control boiler units in accordance with the output steam pressure from the boiler system as a whole, and the control boiler units are each shifted alternately between a high fire state and a low fire state in accordance with this output steam pressure while the control boiler units are continuously kept in operation.</p> |
