On the first semiconductor layer of first conductivity is provided second semiconductor layer of second conductivity. To the second seminconductor layer is fitted an electrode, and a second one on the other main surface of the first semiconductor layer. A coupling electrode (11) is made on the first main surface of the first semiconductor layer (1), insulated from the second semiconductor layer (2). A conductive layer (12) couples the second electrode (5) and the first electrode (4) and extends in the direction of the first semiconductor layer thickness. The first electrode is pref. a collector electrode with a coupling electrode (4a) and several comb tines (4b) starting from the latter. USE/ADVANTAGE - For solar cells incorporated in precise series connection, with simple design and easy coupling.
