<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a bead part by disposing inner and outer reinforcing layers on the inner and outer both sides of the carcass layer outer circumference in the bead part, respectively, and specifying the strength numerical values of the inner and outer reinforcing layers and the disposing direction of each code. CONSTITUTION:On the outer circumference of a carcass layer 1 turned up around a bead core 2, two reinforcing layers 7, 8 mutually independent on the inside and the outside are disposed, respectively. A strength of 30-80kg/mm is given to the inner reinforcing layer 7, and a strength of at least 80kg/mm larger than that in the inner reinforcing layer 7 is given to the outer reinforcing layer 8. Each code of the inner and outer reinforcing layers 7, 8 is oriented in the same direction and inclined to the code of the carcass layer 1. The disposing direction of each code C of the inner and outer reinforcing layers 7, 8 is set opposite to the rotating direction of a tire T. Hence, the durability of the bead part is mainly improved.</p> |
