摘要 PURPOSE:To make the stopping position of a stepper motor correspond to currents flowing in coils of phases accurately and to perform positioning accurate by correcting the positional errors of a longer period than an electric angle generated due to assembling errors, regulating errors at the position signal of position detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Correction calculating means 12 so outputs a control amount to function generating means 20 as to move a rotor 4 to a predetermined reference position, and simultaneously initializes position measuring means 9. The correction calculating means 12 inputs a mechanical angle (mi) and an absolute position signal (Pmi) at that time, calculates a position error correction value (Ei), and writes it in memory means 13 corresponding to the signal Pmi. The position measuring means 9 always output the position of the rotor 4 as an absolute position signal 11, and inputs the value to position signal correcting means 14. Then, a correction value Ei corresponding to the signal Pmi is read out from the memory means 13, calculates Pm-Ei, and outputs as correcting absolute position signal 15.
