<p>An immunosuppressive agent containing one or more macrolide antibiotics represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1, R2, R3, and R4 each represents a methyl or ethyl group) in effective amounts is disclosed. This agent has an excellent immunosuppressive effect and can be used for suppressing immunological rejection after transplantation of an organ and for treating autoimmune diseases.</p> |
