Novel substituted pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines can be prepared by reduction of corresponding pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines which are substituted with a ketone radical, and subsequent hydrolysis, cyclisation or hydrogenation. The novel compounds can be used as active substances in medicaments. |
