PURPOSE: To rapidly and easily replace a component and to improve a heat resistance and a wear resistance by forming an expansion part of two types of different materials, i.e., an outer material made of wear resistant and heat resistant elastic material, and an inner material having a low frictional coefficient. CONSTITUTION: An expansion part 2 or an expansion body 16 is constituted by two types of materials, i.e., an outer press portion 19 for executing an actual radially outwards directed contact pressure of a press plunger and an inner carrier portion 20 for holding the portion 19. The portion 19 is formed of a substance having good elasticity, wear strength and heat resistance such as a natural rubber. The carrier portion is formed of a self-lubricating resin having a relatively hard, elastic and simultaneously pressure resistance such as a synthetic resin. A container sleeve 8 is installed in a welding cassette 9, and an end sealing material 6 is introduced into an open end of the sleeve 8, and then the plunger is dropped, and the portion 19 is made the same level as a high frequency coil 10. The part 2 is pressed to the part 1, and the bottom 18 of the portion 20 is slid on the upper surface 12 of a forming plate 3. Thus, the portion 19 is radially outwards moved to press an end 7 of the material 6 to an inner surface of the sleeve 8. Then, a high frequency current is switched in to weld a cover to the sleeve. |
