PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized power supply for an electronic equipment by winding up a flexible solar cell along the outside of a round type secondary battery so that it is capable of pulling out, and connecting electrically the flexible solar cell and the secondary battery. CONSTITUTION:A flexible solar cell 1 constituted of a film substrate such as heat-resisting polyimide and others, a solar cell element and every layer of protective resin is sufficiently curved at several mm of the radius of curvature with about 50mum of thickness, and the battery performance is not deteriorated. The cell 1 is wound on the round type secondary battery 6 as a unit, and lead wires 4, 5 of plus and minus poles of the battery 1 are respectively connected to plus and minus poles 7, 8 of the battery 6. |
