<p>PURPOSE:To promote power transmission efficiency by lying a combined AC transformer and an impedance matching box between a photoelectric converter element and a load in a receiving power side providing a form of photo energy transmitted to a photo transmitting path from a power transmission side is an AC component containing light. CONSTITUTION:On a power transmission end side, a power supply 9 drives a laser diode 10 to convert electric energy into photo energy. The power supply 9 generates a rectangular wave-like AC voltage, so that a form of the photo energy to be transmitted to optical fiber 11 is an AC component containing light. On the other hand, on a receiving power side, the photo energy received from the optical fiber 11 is converted into the electric energy through a PIN photo diode 12. When a combined AC transformer 13 and an impedance matching box is laid between the PIN photo diode 12 and an electronic device 14 as the load, the AC transformer 13 boots an AC voltage obtained from the PIN photo diode 12 up to a value corresponding to the ratio of the number of windings, and after that, it is supplied to the electronic device 14.</p> |
