PURPOSE:To perform a voltage control over the titled inverter in accordance with the variation of output voltage using a memory chip and a peripheral circuit by a method wherein the error of output voltage is detected, compared with the reference voltage, and the range of output voltage is provided based on the result of said comparison and the controlling information sent from a memory storage. CONSTITUTION:The memory ROM1 stores information of 1 bit per one phase and 1 bit for formation of reference voltage signal, making 4 bits in total as controlling information. A read-out procedure is repeatedly performed from addresses 1-24 on the address designating circuit 2 by corresponding the phases which were obtained by dividing the phase of 360 deg. into twenty-four equal parts. The read-out outut D4 is compared with the reference voltage sent from an integration circuit 14 and the signal level sent from the output voltage error detecting circuit 4 having the prescribed phase. A switching element control signal, with which the width of output voltage will be determined through input AND gates 17-19 and flip-flops 20-22, is obtained from the sigal which was obtained by differentiating the result of comparison at a differentiation circuit 16 and the controlling information D1, D2 and D3 of the three bits which will be read out from the memory ROM1. |
