PURPOSE:To obtain a metal foil-clad laminate suppressing migration of silver, by subjecting a substrate impregnated with a thermosetting resin containing a benzotriazole to laminate molding. CONSTITUTION:A substrate impregnated with a thermosetting resin containing 1,2,3-triazole is subjected to laminate molding. A phenolic resin, epoxy resin, etc. is used as the thermosetting resin, and the amount of triazole blended is 0.03- 3wt%. |
