PURPOSE:To easily form the original picture of copper foil parts including the contact lands of an inside layer by forming a 1st original picture consisting of an unexposed negative and a 2nd original picture which is reversed in negative and positive by a reversal aperture and reversing the negative and positive parts of these original pictures to form the final original picture. CONSTITUTION:The 1st original picture by the negative (unexposed) which does not expose the closed region to be exposed by a photoplotter is formed. The reversal aperture reversed in the negative part and positive part is prepd. for the aperture which is used in this closed region and in which the negative (unexposed) and positive (exposed) coexist and the 2nd original picture reversed in negative and positive by this reversal aperture is formed. The final original picture is formed by reversing the negative and positive parts of the 1st and 2nd original pictures. The original picture of the copper foil parts including the contact lands of the inside layer is easily formed in this way. |
